Northeastern University Bouvé College of Health Sciences School of Pharmacy on line CE programs are developed to allow an unlimited number of pharmacy and health care professionals to participate in quality pharmacy education opportunities.

  • The NEU-RxCE web based learning site allows each participant to create a personal continuing pharmacy education record. Participants may update their contact information, take an exam, receive instant grading, view their exam history and print statements of credit for successfully completed programs at any time.

    To participate in our online CE courses create a personal record account, select and view a presentation, and submit your answers to the learning assessment. You will receive instantaneous grading of your exam. Upon successful completion of an exam (a score of 70% or higher), print your statement of credit automatically.



    On Line Programs
    Most all the programs listed below are provided at no cost.
    The only exceptions are the Pharmacy Law and Emergency Contraception Training programs.

    Hardware/Software Requirements to participate in internet based CE programs and Podcasts

    Hardware:
  • Computer connected to internet with configured printer attached.
  • Audio-Slide Presentations require Sound Card with speakers or headphones to hear audio presentations.
  • an iPod, MP3 player. or any other device that plays MP3 files, such as a PDA, cellphone, laptop or desktop computer

    Software:
  • Most recent web browsers will work, but a confirmed list includes: Firefox 1.0+, Internet Explorer 5+, Konqueror 3.2+, and Mozilla 1.7+
  • Adobe Reader to view PDF files; software may be downloaded at no cost from adobe.com
  • Apple iTunes, Windows Media Player, Real Player, and QuickTime will play MP3 files. All of the software listed is free.
